Returns Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer protection legislation — Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed into Portuguese law by Decree-Law No. 24/2014 — you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
How to Return
To exercise your right of return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at info@tcgportugal.com within 14 days of receiving the product
- Include your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for our written confirmation before sending the item back
- Return the product within 14 days of receiving our confirmation
Condition of Returned Products
To be accepted for return, the product must be:
- Factory sealed and completely intact — in the exact same condition as received
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Free from any signs of opening, tampering, or physical damage
Returns of opened, damaged, or unsealed products cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned product, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase — bank transfer to the IBAN you provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective or different from the one you ordered, please contact us at info@tcgportugal.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching a photograph of the product. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact the Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
